This is a position within the Information Security & Technology Risk group in the Access Management Operations team. The Senior Technology Risk Analyst is responsible for security access management in the WINDOWS & UNIX environment and providing problem resolution. The candidate will also participate in the on-call rotation and expected to work with employees at all levels of the Firm including senior management.
The IS&TR technology team provides security administration for a variety of applications. IS&TR is a global team that provides many technical designs and provisioning on an enterprise level.
Primary Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this position will provide a variety of Information Security administration services. Perform access administration via web based request management and problem management applications for:
Active Directory
UNIX
Remote platforms
This includes, but is not limited to:
Creation of new users
Creation of new groups
Creation of certificates
Assignment of tokens
Candidate will provide services for customers in the areas of:
Password resets
Password vauling systems
Security administration
Remote access
Digital certificate management.
Additional tasks could include executing and producing customer and information security reports, handling Incident Management tickets, PPMC's and request escalations during US work hours. Performing technical analysis, navigating multiple business and technical organizations, then collaborate on problem issues to bring them to successful resolution. Ensure that standardized policies, procedures and practices are used for efficient and prompt handling of all access requests. This position also requires sharing of the on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in WINDOWS required
UNIX security administration is a PLUS
Scripting knowledge is a PLUS
College degree in computer systems related discipline, or similar work experience preferred
Prior knowledge remote services and Public Key Infrastructure is a PLUS.
