In Summary you will provide financial support for all of the Ireland legal entities, including tax and financial statutory reporting, budgeting, management of intercompany agreements, revenue and tax planning. The role will also encompass the Financial Planning & Analysis activity for Ireland and major innovation projects.
The Role:
* Lead a team in regulatory reporting, intercompany management, tax compliance, grant applications, R&D claims and the audit.
* Oversee month end accounting and financial statement preparation.
* Collaborate with the FP&A Lead to prepare and present to the board of directors for Ireland legal entities.
* Provide financial support on complex accounting and reporting matters for customers - new contracts, billing and revenue recognition.
* Maintain all legal entity forecasting and manage cash flow.
The Person:
* Qualified accountant with FC & FP&A experience.
* Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
