Seeking 2 new part-qualified Assistant Accountants for a high-growth organisation in South Dublin.
The roles have been created due to expansion in the business. It is a fast paced environment in a high volume transaction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is really going places.
In Summary the role will involve revenue recognition, cash reconciliations and monthly reporting.
The Role:
* Reconciliation of all cash sales recorded to cash banked and investigation / escalation / resolution of material cash discrepancies.
* Review of cash collection agency reports.
* Post cash and sales journals to SAP.
* Prepare monthly customer invoices.
* Allocation of cash receipts.
* Assist in the preparation of management accounts.
* Prepare and circulate weekly sales reports.
* Assist in the month end close process.
The Person:
Seeking a Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA with the ability to work flexibly and independently. Must be highly numerate as well as motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and be very organised.
