Title: Senior Sales Executive (ELearning)
Location: Dublin
Permanent Salary: EUR60k basic with EUR120 OTE, with a ramp up plan in place to support the development of a pipeline in Year 1.
We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding start-up in the adaptive eLearning space (Educational). We are looking for someone to generate target revenue by conducting outbound sales activity with a mix of consultative sales and account management. This is a completely GREENFIELD project so we are looking for someone who is confident and that is comfortable establishing a completely new sales desk.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets
* Generate leads and qualify opportunities
* Sell: Following a consultative sales approach, educate clients on the benefits of adaptive learning and their platform in particular.
* Close sales
* Communicate: Manage the handover of the sale to the Project Manager, ensuring all information useful to an effective implementation is established and shared.
* Manage accounts
* Business Development: Help to establish their name, brand and reputation within target market sectors and the industry generally. Collaborate closely with other teams on message, positioning, product development, competitive intelligence etc.
* Report on performance
Requirements:
* Dynamic self-starter with proven track record in learning solutions sales environment selling to C-level customers.
* Highly developed and proven sales skills
Desirable Experience, Knowledge and Personal Characteristics:
* Proven experience selling software
* Experience in the eLearning industry is highly desirable.
* Experience working in a technical environment and be ';tech-savvy’
* Strong and clear communicator
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Hungry to be involved, make money and be part of a fast-growing business
* Highly organised, disciplined and business-driven
* Excellent commercial and business acumen
* Exceptionally people focused
* High desire to learn and grow with the company
