The Opportunity
A global 'Top 4' fund organisation that provides a comprehensive range of investment services that are unrivalled in scale, precision and quality are looking to hire a Client Services Manager for their expanding Corporate Trust department in Dublin.
This company provides services across a wide variety of funds for a global client base including money market, equity, bond, multi-manager, ETFs, fund of funds and alternative investment funds.
The Role
Client Services Manager has primary responsibility for the management of a larger number of smaller assigned portfolio of Corporate Trust clients. You will act as the primary account representative for key clients.
- Service the overall client relationship within the assigned portfolio
- Monitoring of contractual obligations for these accounts and administering debt issuance
- Play a support role in securing additional business opportunities with new clients
- Provide specialised client reporting
- Servicing of client inquiries, escalation of client issues.
- Manage the relationships of specific assigned products, with the Portfolio Manager, Underwriter & Rating Agencies.
Who You'll Be
- BA/BS in Finance related course
- 7+ years in financial services
- Track record of excellent service delivery
- Strong understanding of fund administration functions
- Superior interpersonal skills
