We have an excellent opportunity for a Resume Screener with one of our clients who are a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
Responsibilities
- Understanding hiring needs and act as a resume evaluation expert
- Work with recruiters to come to a mutual agreement on selection criteria
- High volume resume screening
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree
- Proven experience of screening high volume of resumes
- Proven experience of conducting telephone interviews
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and handle large volumes of work
