Global Program Manager

Role: Global Program Manager
Location: Dublin
Contract: 11 months (Fix-term)
Salary: EUR45-64k

We are looking for an experienced Global Program Manage to work with an internet giant based here in Dublin. We are looking for a project manager to assist with the responsibilities for prioritizing growth opportunities, owning and executing strategic initiatives that drive bottom line revenue and positively impact overall customer experience.

This position will provide strategic input and overall program support for service revenue programs globally, working closely with analysts, project managers and services operations leaders. The team supports and iterates on existing sales programs, tests and pilots new efforts, and champions strategic asks to cross-functional (Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, etc.) teams across their organisation.

The Ideal candidates for this role will have sales &/or services management experience preferably with experience developing, implementing and managing large scale projects. We are looking for independent, solution-oriented performers who are skilled and experienced in using data to drive strategy and business action, and who can combine this with a pragmatic approach to deliver workable operational processes.

Their projects span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. You'll assist with the complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience of working in a relevant role as a strong contributor to the business
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Sales, Marketing, Consultancy or Customer Services background
* Strong stakeholder management, x-functional collaboration and influencing skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Goal-orientated and execution masters
* Strong team orientation with thought leadership ability
* Demonstrated superior performance in prior role(s) with increasing levels of responsibility and independence

Responsibilities:

* Deliver key learnings, identify opportunities and implement changes that will drive significant revenue growth
* Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your projects
* Manage global operational stakeholder relationships, incorporating feedback where appropriate to ensure programs function optimally in all locations
* Relationship management, strategic planning and delivery within the Customer Operations Research and Engagement (CORE) global team
* Advocate on behalf of GCE to cross-functional partners to drive development of our asks and execution of solutions
