Harvey Nash is engaged in a project with KBC Bank who is one of the leading non-retail banks in Ireland. KBC are currently looking for an Online Banking Business Analyst to join their growing team in their Dublin City Centre office.
The role
The role is for a Business Analyst to work on the delivery of KBC Online Banking Strategy.
Responsibilities
" Delivering the business requirements for the Online Banking Programme
" Working closely with the Online Banking Manger and IT Project Manager
" Gather requirements through a variety of methods
" Manage the development, distribution and baseline approval of all documentation related to the business requirements
" Ensure that the web customer experience meets all requirements
Requirements
" 5+ years business analyst experience
" 5+ years' experience of online, mobile and enterprise level software development projects
" 5+ years financial services experience
" 5+ years financial services experience
" 5+ years working in complex cross functional environment
" Deep understanding of project SDLC project delivery methodology
" A relevant 3rd level qualification
