A Leading Financial Service are looking to hire a Data Support Analyst
Knowledge/Experience:
Previous banking experience, specifically data analysis and remediation, as well as customer service.
Familiarity with investment products and services (within a global financial services organisation would be advantageous)
Skills:
- Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
- Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
- Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive
Desirable:
- Expertise in Product data (Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Futures) management within a global financial services organisation
- Experience of working with offshore and outsourced teams to deliver overall department objectives
- Project role experience.
- Team lead or supervisory experience
Also Desirable:
- Understanding of Enterprise product data and how to create efficiencies through automation of functions
- Coaching or performance management skills
