A leading financial services organisation has an opportunity for a mid-level Project Manager to work on a number of core business projects.
The ideal candidate will show great management skills gained from their experience of delivering multiple projects on-time and on-budget in a commercial environment across a wide range of different product base with a third party vendor.
Role:
* Management of multiple-simultaneous projects of varying complexity.
* Use of project management skills to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Ownership of project delivery including tight budget management.
* Drive efficiency in terms of cost and time management.
* Dealing with complex technical factors and positively influencing teams to gain best outcome for the business across all projects.
Skills:
* 3+ years’ experience as a project manager.
* Manage full life cycle small to medium complex projects from initiation to implementation.
* Exposure to third party vendor management.
* Competent use of office application, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience of having full responsibility of forecasting and reporting.
* Great abilities of communication and influence/persuasion with all levels of business, including external vendors.
* Proven record of creating efficiency, finding solutions and taking full-ownership (including sign-off) on projects.
* PMP or Prince 2 certified or other relevant qualification.
* Financial services experience preferred
