This multinational institution is one of the largest financial services groups worldwide and the technology projects they are working on at the moment are cutting edge and require someone with an innovative approach who likes working in a collaborative environment.
The type of person they are looking for is a talented Senior Systems Analyst with a strong track record in understanding the needs and requirements of an organisation and being able to prioritise each phase of the project. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that provides core application development and support for their systems. The team works on technology-based projects in collaboration with their other divisions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide business and systems analysis for projects working closely with end user management• Document requirements based on business partner interviews• Systems analysis• Own the creation and management documentation in both an agile and waterfall environment
Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer related field.• 4+ years’ experience as a business/systems analyst preferably involving software development technologies• Agile and Waterfall• Mutual Fund or financial experience a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
• Extremely strong analytical and communication skills• Strong written and verbal skills• Strong Attention to detail and extremely motivated• Knowledge of accounting principles, mutual fund industry, pricing of institutional and retail
