Role: Batch Operator (Night Operator)
Location: Dublin
6month contract (with view for extensions)
We are seeking a batch operator responsible for monitoring the night system and issuing reports.
This operations team are responsible for monitoring services delivered across network, mainframe, midrange and server platforms.
Exception alerts produced by the IT systems are monitored and either resolved or escalated.
Batch processing across the various platforms is also managed in this area.
