The IT support analyst assists end users with all Technical and Telephony related queries either by telephone, email, online or desk visit. Responsibilities include: documenting the reported problem by creating a support ticket, asking pertinent questions in order to understand the nature of the request, troubleshoot the problem, use diagnostic tools as needed, resolve or escalate the problem to a more skilled technician or third party as required Microsoft Office 2010 knowledge really is key to this position, with most other technical requirements being met with in house training upon start. This role would ideally be for someone with 1+ years of experience & due to the very Senior/Corporate clientele within the selected industry, candidates must have excellent standards of professionalism & communication. Additionally, as this is 100% a client facing role, personal appearance must also be in good order.
