Role: Java/J2EE Developer
Rate: EUR350 - EUR450
Location: Dublin City Center
Duration: 6 months (with the view for extension)
Role Overview:
I have a requirement available for a J2EE Developer to come in and work on a Core Business System for a Dublin City Center based client. You will be responsible for the design, development and support of applications that will facilitate an integrated business platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that provide long-term scalability, reliability and performance; Adhering to best practices for development and deployment processes.

Technical Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in Java/J2EE Web Application development
* Development experience using Spring Framework
* Hands on knowledge of Java/J2EE deployments, Tomcat, Eclipse, JSP, SVN
* Knowledge of Java API for XML processing (SAX/DOM/JAXB)
* Degree in Computer Science or similar field
* Good communication skills - Ability to engage with non-technical business people
* Ability to work independently as well as a team player
