Senior IT Recruitment Consultant - Harvey Nash Ireland
We’re hiring! As part of our exciting business evolution in Ireland, we are looking for experienced Consultants to play a key role in developing several of our brands - Technology, IT Leadership, Digital. We have a unique culture based on autonomy and responsibility rather than micromanagement. We’re looking for ambitious, positive people to join our team and will consider people with experience in any professional recruitment area. We’ve an open, transparent approach to developing people with clearly defined career plans for people. Your key responsibilities
* Account Development - drive excellent client management activities to ensure expectations are surpassed, and consistently deliver requirements to the highest standards.
* New Business - proactively seek and pursue all new business opportunities with new and existing clients, secure better conversion of leads and establish long term client partnerships.
* Innovate - lead creative initiatives to regularly engage with clients and candidates including events, thought leadership and CSR.
* Brand Ambassador - a role model within Technical Recruitment and the wider Harvey Nash community, you will continually raise the profile of the business and interact regularly with peers externally and internally.
What we’re looking for
* Successful recruitment experience (contract and/or perm)
* Demonstrable skills and track-record of generating new business or growing existing accounts (including cross selling opportunities)
* Strong knowledge and technical understanding of recruiting IT/Technology professionals at all levels
* Team player who is proactive and frequently develops and trains other consultants
* Key contributor and active participant in both internal and external activities and events (CSR, client events, social media initiatives etc.)
