A global organisation undergoing a major business transformation has engaged with Harvey Nash on an exclusive assignment to secure the services of an experienced Senior Programme Manager to play a key role in the realisation of their ambitious growth strategy through the design and delivery of a business critical group wide ERP rationalisation.
This is key role in the group with widespread visibility at C level. Critical for success is a proven track record in change driven environments and successful delivery of large scale projects in international multi-site organisations. The role will operate as the chief programme sponsor working closely with executives and function leaders to plan, design and deliver the transformation. This will be across multiple functions and include all of the group EU geographies. In addition to the core competencies around programme delivery success in this role will be largely through the ability to manage and influence stakeholders through credible and meaningful engagement.

Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification in IT / business / finance
Experience with large scale ERP deployments ideally incorporating finance groups and processes
Experience in change / transformation led programmes
Formal project management experience - certifications preferred
Excellent engagement and stakeholder management experience
Ability to engage effectively with C level stakeholders
French language skills to business level are required
