Product Consultant / Configuration Specialist

Our client based Dublin City Centre are seeking to recruit a Product Consultant / Configuration Specialist for a permanent role
Location: Dublin
Salary: 40-50k+

Key responsibilities / requirements will involve:
" Configuring applications to meet client requirements
" Ability to work from product specifications to match requirements
" Document and execute test cases to validate product
" Documentation of product configuration for clients
" Troubleshooting
" Demonstrating the product to clients
" Identifying improvements to the applications, processes or supporting documentation

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technical role in programming, technical/IT support, software installation
* Experience in a client facing role
* Good knowledge of SQL and in-depth experience of databases such as Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server
oExperience in software delivery as a Business Consultant - gathering, training, documentation, testing.
oWebsphere experience/installing applications, Unix skills or Weblogic, JBOSS or Apache Tomcat
* Testing experience working off functional specs
" Good knowledge of a minimum of one of the standard APPS solutions e.g. EIM, DCF, FINCEN
* Strong problem solving skills / strong communication skills, articulate, eager to learn
* Good process analysis and mapping skills
" Experience in the financial industry
