A leading multinational organisation has a requirement for an experienced Project Manager in their global HR / Operations team to play a key role in the design and delivery of a wide range of initiatives across the global operation. These projects will be cross functional and will involve the management of key stakeholder across global locations. The project focus will cover operations, systems and process and will range over the full project lifecycle to include planning, resource management, deployment and support. Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification
Experience working in global distributed environments preferred
Experience / Knowledge of HR processes or HR Systems is preferred
Ability to analysis and assess data
Strong technical skills in office and project tools
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven track record in delivering large scale projects
Formal project management certification
Strong documentation skills
