Reporting to the VP Technology Management in Dublin, this is a key strategic role on the Ireland Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technology leadership, driving technology and delivery strategy
Build and lead a fully functional delivery team, comprising project/program, analyst/QA, architect, tech lead and development (both Java and DB) roles.
Lead delivery of a highly visible large complex program
Establish excellent program governance. Manage budget, time lines, resource demands and allocations, processes, change management.
Facilitate leadership forums including steering committee meetings, scope and change management meetings.
Assess and mitigate program risks and dependencies, coordinating with systems partners.

Essential:

10+ years’ experience leading globally distributed large programs / projects
10+ years’ experience working with large-scale IT environments and applications
* 5+ years’ experience people management
