My client is urgently seeking a Lead Support/ Change Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a support team with change and risk management experience.
Experience:
Experience supporting IS Applications
Coordinate all support and change requests activities for business customers
Risk Management exp
Change Management exp
Logging and prioritising support issues
Co-ordinate the work for the support desk
Monitor service delivery and SLAs
Experience in CMMI is an advantage
