Test Data Manager/Test Service Manager
Our client, based in Dublin's City Centre, is looking for a seasoned Test Manager with expertise in
Data Management environments...The role will require leading and managing the Test Data Management Service Team.
This position will report to the Global Head of Testing.
Duties include:
-Own and manage the Test Data Management Service team
-Establish appropriate Process, Procedures, Guidelines, Checklist and Templates
-Assess and establish strategic road maps
-Perform analysis and assessment, on board applications and/or projects
-Manage the book of work and identify areas of risk or potential issue
-Recruit the team, on board the right vendor partner/supplier
-Manage team and vendor per yearly objectives and KPIs.
-Provide consulting services to other teams with respect Financials and support the reporting requirements to the clients & IT
-Establish best practices
-Single point of Contact for Test Data globally (new initiatives/projects, testing, escalations, issues, concerns, etc)
-Innovation, future road map and strategic planning, from testing and test data perspective.
-Support Test Managers and Test projects on an ongoing basis with test data requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Data practice
- 5+ years managing and supporting Test data support requirements
- 3+ years in key leadership roles supporting test data requirements
- Experience working in a global team in a vendor dependent model
- Exceptional theoretical and practical experience with concept like sub-setting, data masking, data bulking, data profiling, data coverage, data compare, etc
- Experience with tools like GRID Tools, IBM Optim
- Experience with QC tools like Quality Centre, QTP, LoadRunner, etc
- Experience with Oracle, Informatica, BO, etc relevant to Test Data Management.
- Strong leadership, management and technology skills.
- Good Presentation and communication skills. Should be a good collaborator and relationship manager
- Good understanding on different development models and methodologies.
- Solid experience with data warehouse, test data analysis, test data masking, data architecture, data integration, etc
- Financial and accounting exposure, including but not limited to financial metrics and tracking headcount and spend![]()
