Our client is looking to hire an experienced Contract UAT Assistant Manager to join their team within their Dublin City Centre office and to work for an initial period of 6 months.
The Role
The role will involve assisting the UAT Manager to improve product quality work with the testing team in conjunction with IT developers.
Responsibilities
" Design and collate test plans
" Assist in coordinating all activities and testers during each testing phase of a project or program
" Have communication with all clients/users to agree on the testing strategy which will be used for development projects
" Maintain awareness of testing alternatives where they can be analysed and the most effective strategy can be selected
" Identifies improvements to the process and assists in their implementation
" Assure that all relevant documentation is in place and is explained to clients/users and colleagues and reported to the Line Manager
Requirements
" Understanding of the full life cycle and the ability to manage the end to end process
" Experience in writing use cases, functional specifications, scenarios, business processes, business requirement document, workflows, process flows test cases and test plans
" Ability to manage risk in an environment of aggressive timelines
" Experience creating UAT handover documents
" Execute well under pressure
" Excellent attention to detail, especially in the visual/design space
" Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and business audience
