Application / Development Support Engineer required for a permanent role based in Dublin
Salary: Neg DOE
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, Support and troubleshooting technical cases escalated to development. Building support tools, Developing software fixes.
Must have ability to detect and diagnose code related issues
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to deal with developers and customer care teams. Organisational & Documentation skills
Experience / Ability within the following:
Coding: .NET Platform, C#, ASP / ASP.NET, Javascript, jQuery
Mobile: iOS & Android knowledge
Some knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database and Testing knowledge ideal
Exposure to Salesforce.com / JIRA / Greenhopper / Tortoise a plus
3-5 years in a similar role (ideal 1+ year coding)
Educated to Degree level - Software Engineering / other relevant field
