Formal third level qualification
Experience with the SDLC and delivering multiple large scale projects within IT
Experience with and ability to manage teams involved in software Management / Development - etc
Extensive experience managing vendors and off shore development resources
Excellent experience in best practice applications architecture and processes
Experience within Investment, Funds, Treasury, Funds etc is preferred. FS experience is a must.
Strogn communicator and influencer at executive levels
Proven track record building engaged motivated teams.
