A successful and growing business in the mobile marketing space has an opening in their leadership team for an experience technology manager to play a key role in their expansion into China and the Far East. The role will have responsibility for establishing the Chinese hosted services and will require a technically proficient individual with exceptional relationship and vendor management skills. As the role is based in China the successful individual will need to have FLUENT English AND Mandarin skills both verbal and written. In addition to the technical management the role will have extensive customer facing operations. Broad technology experience across areas like;
Java, Tomcat, JBoss,
LAN/WAN Networking technology
Oracle databases

Self motivating and able to work independently
Strong business / commercial acumen
Experience within mobile telecoms, mobile apps is a plus
Understanding of test, development, project, product lifecycles.
