Senior Software Engineer

My client, a leading payments service provider in online payments, is looking for Senior Java Engineer's to join their innovative teams. The successful candidate will join a team which is responsible for designing and developing systems that will allow our merchants to process transactions into multiple financial institutions.
The successful candidate will be developing n-tier J2EE/Spring applications, and will be involved in all phases of the software development; design, implementation, unit testing, integration and release.

Essential requirements
* N-Tier J2EE/Spring application design and development.
* Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Maven, Hudson.
* Strong application process flow and problem solving techniques.
* High levels of software engineering literacy and communication skills.
* Outstanding analytical skills, self motivated and innovative thinker.

Beneficial Skills
* BSc/MSc degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
* Experience of working in a waterfall environment.
* Experience with secure development.
* Industry certification such as Sun certification.
* Experience of integrating with Enterprise Job Automation tools.
* Experience developing ETL applications.
* A foreign Language.
