A global technology company is seeking a new International Payroll Manager for their expanding International HQ in Dublin.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for the input to outsourced provider for monthly payroll of salaried and hourly paid employees.
- Ensuring employee personal tax and social insurance information is updated to the outsourced provider system.
- Receipt of documentation from employees and filing and maintenance of same for payroll records and for audit purposes.
- Responsible for checking of trial and final payroll outputs
- Providing a high standard of customer service to all our internal and external customers namely dealing with queries from employees, HR, Supervisors, managers and the local government offices.
- Implementing and maintaining controls over all documentation and processes in line with SOX requirements.
- Ensure payments to third parties are processed in a timely manner.
- Statutory and Tax year end tasks and all aspects of payroll compliance
The Person:
Experience of European Payroll processes & statutory environment
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Fluency in another European language an advantage
Qualified Payroll Specialist with local European payroll knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
