A successful and growing e-commerce business has an opportunity in their leadership team for an experienced Snr Manager / Director to play a key role in the delivery of their Web Development function and platforms. This role has a strong strategic component but also will require someone with a strong technology background in enterprise class software development with a focus on building scalable, robust online / web platforms. The role will involve setting strategy, delivering operations and managing people and projects (through project management teams).

Formal third level qualification in IT / business
Considerable management experience in addition to a successful career in enterprise software development.
Strong people management and an effective influencer
Ability to communicate technology strategy and concepts to all levels
Proven ability in building first class technology operations.
