Our client are seeking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Professional (Native English speaker) for a contract role commencing in May
Location: Dublin
Salary: 25k+
Key responsibilities will involve initial level of problem identification, basic troubleshooting and escalating as required.
Knowledge required:
Must have excellent knowledge of Mac OS 10 (Lion), Google Apps, and Windows 7 & prior experience of providing support for proxy configurations.
High level of customer service required, taking ownership of user problems and proactivity when dealing with user issues.
