Financial Accountant - Global Event Management

Seeking a new Financial Accountant for an exciting role in Dublin City Centre with a Global Event Management Company. This opportunity will give you international exposure in a commercial and dynamic organisation.

The Role:

- Reporting to the Finance Director you will be involved in the financial management of projects and events.
- Research, prepare and update comprehensive budgets for all events including budget estimates.
- Co-ordinate payments for services and suppliers.
- Work with the Legal Department in the preparation of the financial aspects of contracts.
- Assist the Finance Director with the development of the financial management of new events.
- Assist with the financial management of strategic iniatives.
- Develop key relationships internally and externally across a diverse international environment.

The Person:

- A Qualified Accountant.
- An excellent understanding of management and financial accounting and business strategy.
- Highly numerate, with excellent financial analysis skill.
- Advanced Excel.
- High interpersonal and negotiating skills.
