Our client are seeking to recruit an experienced Voice & Data Engineer for a 6 month contract based Dublin City
Rate: Neg
Core duties will involve maintaining PBX, ACD, Voice Mail, CDR and Voice Recording Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Virtual Tech queues for all supported sites
Maintain tidy telecom patch frames / Review and Update documentation
Maintain structured cabling / Maintain telephone cabling.
Complete system checks and backups for all supported sites.
Assist with Voice and Data Projects
Vendor Management / Assist in management of Data networks
Knowledge/Experience:
Strong knowledge of Avaya PBX, Voice Mail and ACD and Cisco networks.
Competent in MS Office:
Excel / Word / Visio
Qualifications:
Third level IT related qualification or experience in similar role.
