My client is looking to recruit a number of talented Java / C++ engineers for their growing team. You will be involved in development of a niche product line. As a software engineer, you will need a good understanding of design as well as development. You need to understand why you are doing what you are doing, and see the big picture in a fast paced dynamic environment and be enthusiastic about it!
Duties:
" Software design, coding and testing of software
" Involvement in system architecture
" Take component ownership
Requirements:
" Excellent knowledge of Java or C++
" Product development experience
" Excellent design skills in either a C/C++ or JEE environment using OO principals
" Full SDLC knowledge
" Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional project teams
" Experience with test driven development
" Agile experience
Education/Qualifications:
" BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years industry experience in software development.
