Title - Snr Project Manager - IT / Change / Delivery
Location: Dublin
Duration - 3- 6 month initially
Start - June
Rate; negotiable - DUBLIN market rates.

An experienced programme / project manager is required to lead the delivery of a range of projects related to the establishment of a new operation within an existing public sector body. There will be significant IT / technology deliverables in addition to business change across a range of workstreams both technical and functional. The role will require extensive business and technology project / programme management at a large scale (75 + project resources) and in cross functional settings. In addition there will be a requirement to effectively engage with the directors and executive stakeholders and so a proven track record of presenting to senior management / CEO and Director level stakeholders will be required.

Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification
Experience delivering complex IT development projects
Prince, PMP, PMI or similar qualification
Experience leading large cross functional teams (75 people +)
Strong change management experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Excellent leadership skills in business critical projects.
