My client is looking for a helpdesk administrator to join their team for an 9 month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience providing experience for a large number of users, covering all hardware, networking, telephone, and network account issues.
Experience
3 years experience in an IT Helpdesk/Deskside Support role
Experience providing 1st/2nd level support in a Windows Environment
Excellent PC and PC application skills
Experience in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2007
Exchange and Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Knowledge of IT support logging software
