Seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Manager for a leading Global Funds Services organisation in Dublin City Centre.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large funds services institution in a client facing financial reporting role. The role will primarily involve managing the accounts for all mutual funds under management.
- Plan the accounts preparation/audit process.
- Liaise with clients and auditors.
- Review financial statements to ensure timely sign off and filing.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Resolve any issues arising in the accounts preparation/audit process.
- Manage, coach and motivate staff.
- Oversee projects.
The role will be varied and offer the successful candidate excellent opportunities to fast track their career.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant.
- Funds financial reporting OR Funds Audit experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong contacts with both auditors and clients.
- A track record in managing staff, with proven motivational and leadership qualities.
- A high level of organisational ability and commitment to the delivery of a quality service.
