Our client are seeking to recruit an experience Network Engineer with fluent Spanish for a permanent role.
Location: Dublin city
The following skills are required:
o Fluency in Spanish and English along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or IT related fields.
o Strong knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components
o Fundamental knowledge of internet infrastructure and protocols
o Hands on experience of networking technologies - including Cisco, Fortinet, Citrix, F5
o Some knowledgeof the following: Internet routing hierarchy, domain names and address resolution, protocol stacks, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, SMTP, TCP network peering, public and private IPs
o Demonstrated experience with site to site / IPSec VPNs. Experience of PCI / DSS compliance at the operational (network, infrastructure) layers.
o Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/XP/Vista/W7 Client Operating Systems would be advantageous.
o Linux Experience would be an advantageous.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Ability to implement and maintain best practices for network security.
o Ability to monitor and troubleshoot a variety of networking infrastructures.
