Technical Manager (Fluent Italian)

Job Description:
Responsible for providing direct client support, responding to reported software product issues by troubleshooting, isolating and solving the problem.

Location: Cork

Client: Large Mulitnational

Salary: Competitive Base plus bonus and commission

Experience Required:
-5 years basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 or UNIX (AS/400 or S390) Operating Systems.
-4 years experience with Server/Desktop Operating Systems, Networking Architecture, Messaging Servers, Firewalls
-2 yearsTroubleshooting (TCP/IP) routed network environment

Qualifications Required:
MCSE 2003/2008 Certification or UNIX System Administrator/RHCA-E/Solaris Administrator or Certified Lotus Professional or CCNE/CCNA

Excellent English and Fluent Italian a must
