Job Description:
Responsible for providing direct client support, responding to reported software product issues by troubleshooting, isolating and solving the problem via Phone, Email, and or Web Tools.

Location: Cork

Client: Large Multinational

Salary: Competitive

Experience required:
-3 years experience in a technical field with relevant industry certifications
-Good knowledge of Linux/Unix
-Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP protocols
-Language: Fluent English with French & German required
