Transfer Agency Analyst required for a 6 month contract with a leading Asset Services and Management firm based in Dublin to provide full transfer agency processing; dealing, payments, reconciliation, enquiry and shareholder reporting services.
The Role
-Account set-up
-Dealing (Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers & switches)
-Cash and distribution processing
-Deal confirmations
-Statement production
-Dealing with Investor queries and audit requests
-Ensuring compliance with Anti-money laundering requirements
-Account maintenance
-Dealing with Investor and client (fund promoter) correspondence
The Person
-Will have 1-2 Years TA experience
-High level of numeracy with excellent attention to detail
-Highly organised, self motivated and can pre-empt situations rather than waiting for instruction
-Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
-Will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
