Experience in a business or technical application support environment providing helpdesk and application suppport
Responsible for incident logging, understanding the problem, independent assessment of impact and risks, ownership of the issue, and the implementation of resolution
Work with colleagues and external partners for issues that require escalation and manage the issue through to resolution
Liaison with business users providing progress status updates until the issue is resolved
