Program Coordinator - Dublin
11 Month Assignment
Basic salary: ~40k plus full benefits package
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity onsite of our top client - a leading global online search and advertising solutions provider to support one of the internal global associate development programs. Currently there are over 800 participants with several stakeholder groups involved. The purpose of the program is to equip junior business associates with the skills necessary to succeed in their business long term.
As a Program Coordinator, you will support various stakeholder groups:
" Provide support to the program manager
" Liaise with participants and facilitate effective communication
" Advise on curriculum content updates
" Confirm and schedule logistical components
" Collaborate with cross regional teams
" Determine program and process improvements
To succeed in this role you should have:
" Prior experience supporting program management office
" Experience leading a project / program / internal training initiatives
" Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
" Excellent communication skills and web technology aptitude
" BA/BS degree or relevant industry
