Player Support English + German + Polish

Great city centre based offices and a very cool atmosphere. It is a junior role for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills - MUST speak fluent German & Polish.
The role is all about the USER - you will be providing excellent customer service to Polish and German speaking gamers across the globe. You will be investigating and resolving player queries, providing feedback and coordinating with other departments achieving set targets. Once you're fully comfortable in the role you will be joining many more exciting projects as you grow within the company!
Team is looking for:
" Multilingual (German & Polish) speakers with impeccable writing skills
" Experience with online users / communities / customers
" Interest in social media or gaming
" Great affinity with people - both in the workplace and within the community
" Strong collaborative "soft-skills" to work in teams
" Positive and enthusiastic attitude! Passion for games and/or customer service!
" General familiarity with internet-based applications and text processing
