The role will involve the on-boarding and maintenance of new and existing clients to include:
* Co-ordination and responsibility for product and account opening documentation.
* Organisation and coordination of account, product and electronic banking activation.
* Adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
* The ongoing support of clients.
The Person:
* Strong customer focus.
* Deadline driven.
* Fluent German.
* Knowledge and understanding of Banking Client Services.
* 1 year's banking experience desirable.
