Harvey Nash is currently sourcing for a senior level Integration Consultant proficient in Electronic Document Solutions and Systems. This is a client facing pre-sales and integration phase role which will require a strong technical aptitude as well as a high energy personality.

Description: Our client is a Dublin based company with an extensive track record in the Document Management/Document Solutions arena. They have a new position for a strong technical and customer support analyst with a background in EDRM and/or Document Management solutions. Experience with Kofax would be desirable.
The work involves:
" Pre sales Technical scoping
" Assisting the Sales/Account Managers in identifying the customer's needs.
" Working with the customer to scope technical/ systems integration requirements.
" Liaise with internal teams and the customer to define the technical requirements in line with business process requirements
" Present report proposals in a manner appropriate to the audience in relation to potential technical/integration issues.
" Install applications
" Perform solutions demonstrations.
" Familiarity with competitor solutions.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work closely in a team environment, have an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work on their own initiative.
This role would ideally suit an experienced Technical or application support professional with experience in large scale document management solutions.
The position provides excellent scope to develop valuable career skills working with the senior management and staff of clients and with internal teams. The position will involve travel primarily within the Greater Dublin area.
