Harvey Nash is currently conducting a detailed search for a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in MS Dynamics (CRM). This is a perm role with an excellent company located in the Dublin area.
Position Title: CRM Lead Business Analyst (MS Dynamics)
Our client's Dublin Office is currently looking to hire a CRM Business Analyst Lead for a large Microsoft Dynamics 2011 engagement. The CRM BA will be a senior functional resource involved in the development and implementation of business solutions for clients. Their work will be across a wide variety of industries and projects and key responsibilities will include solution requirements gathering, solution design and documentation, project and team management, and the maintenance of client and partner relationships.
They will be expected to have a thorough functional and technical knowlwdge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience with integrating with other systems.
Required Skills:
The ideal person will have a minimum 2-3 years commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics version 4.0 / 2011.
They will also have:
-Lead Business Analyst in a minimum of 3 major CRM projects
-Experience of leading teams of 5-10 people
-Experience of Case Management and Workflow Proceses
-Experience of integrating CRM with other legacy systems
-Experience using 3rd Party Applications with CRM
-Experience presenting CRM business solutions to senior management
-Microsoft, Project Management and/or Sure Step certifications is an advantage
-Experience in content management systems such as FileNet is an advantage
Knowledge Required:
Strong consulting aptitude including influencing skills, verbal and written communication skills, self-starting and self-motivation, leadership and facilitation skills, etc.
Broad experience base in interpreting and documenting the customer's requirements and sharing with the customer his or her knowledge of the business area
