Note ; This is a senior level role requiring a strong foundation in software development prior to moving into the product owner / analyst space.

A leading provider of business interaction solutions are currently undergoing a period of growth in Ireland as part of their global expansion. This has created a new opening in the product group for an experienced professional from the Product space to play a key role across multiple areas of the business. The role will incorporate facilitating accurate product development across product releases as well as working closely with the internal product, QA and technical groups in refining and improving agile processes across the development lifecycle. The role will additionally involve customer interaction and pre-sales duties as product expert and user champion. This is an excellent career opportunity and a chance to contribute significantly across a wide range of business and technical operations.

The profile we require is someone still connected to the code as this role will be embeddded into the engineering teams but with a focus on product analysis, management as well as owning the scrum process and improvements.

Skills / Experience

Formal third level qualification
Proven experience in Product Management
Strong understanding of SCRUM processes
Experience in middleware products and technologies is preferred
Strong communicator and collaborator
Self-motivated and able to understand new technology quickly
Customer oriented
The technical environment is multiplatform, C++ and Java, Web API's, Networks, Virtualisation, SOA, Middleware and a technical background in these or similar will be required.
