I am looking for a Transfer Agency Supervisor for a contract based in Dublin City Centre. You will become part of a globally renowned asset servicing power house that holds a dominant presence in 6 continents and services 100 markets. You will join the dealing team. You will supervise all the operational activities carried out by the administrators on your team. To them, you will be a subject matter expert and will use your experience to coach them and fully develop their potential. You will ensure that you and your team produce a first class client service level in keeping with company standards.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring you and your team identify all deals received from all sources (e.g. fax, platforms, etc)
-Ensuring all deals are processed accurately by you and your team and that you actively coach/develop your team to improve accuracy and avoid manual processing errors.
-Ensuring all dealing is reported to internal/external parties accurately and within agreed deadlines as noted in procedures/checklists/Clients SLA’s.
-Ensuring all queries received by the team, either through e-mail (including group mailboxes), fax or post are responded to as per timescales agreed in client SLA’s.
-You will also be required to work on ad- hoc projects.
The skills and experience you will need:
-You will need to already be a Supervisor or a team leader in the dealing space of TA.
-You will need to have experience with Hedging.
-You will have used FX dealing platforms.
-You will have been involved in some project work.
