I am looking for a Pricing Supervisor with a fixed income and loans background for a contract based in Dublin City Centre.
You will become part of a globally renowned asset servicing power house that has a dominant presence in 6 continents and services 100 markets. You will work with a company that is fully committed to employee development and creating a high morale environment.
You will be a leader on a team that has seen rapid growth recently. You will use your knowledge of securities pricing to coach and develop your team. You will be responsible for your team running the day to day pricing for your client. You will review and sign off on the work carried out by your team. You will be a point of contact for Fund Accounting and Corporate Trust and provide guidance for resolving their issues.
What you will be doing daily:
- You will direct & inspect the daily checking of foreign exchange rates, manual price input, price exception validation, market to market pricing and stale price review for a variety of Market Data clients.
-You will ensure data exceptions are fully researched, files contain all necessary back up and details are reported via email to the Valuations teams.
-You will monitor Manual Price and Stale Price reports ensuring staff update details as per agreed guidelines and procedures. Ensure items are followed up on a regular basis and kept to a minimum.
-You will be responsible for ensuring all scheduled work is completed by agreed deadlines, checklists are signed and files contain all required information prior to closing and filing.
-You will be responsible for identifying and escalating performance issues within your team.
-You will participate in regular 1-2-1 meetings with your direct reports.
-You will also have the opportunity to work on projects when they arise.
The skills and experience you will need:
- You will need experience pricing bonds and debt instruments. This experience can come from already holding a pricing position or from a fund accounting background.
-You will have excellent knowledge of pricing listed securities and OTCs.
-You will be a leader capable of developing and motivating a team.
-You will have excellent communication skills.
