Acting Head of E-Channels - Dublin

Harvey Nash is engaged in a project with KBC Bank who is one of the leading non-retail banks in Ireland. KBC are currently looking for an Acting Head of E-Channels to join their growing team in their Dublin City Centre office.
Role
The role will involve the development of an online and mobile strategy for KBC and driving the delivery of initiatives to achieve the Retail Strategy.
Responsibilities
" Delivering an online capability that drives sales and service objectives with online capability being a key component of the online strategy
" Manage and develop www.kbc.ie supporting and aligned to the key pillars of the Retail Strategy including product sales, customer service and a brand
" Manage and develop KBC's intermediary websites and intranet
" Manage a high performance team to deliver on all objectives
Requirements
" 10+ year in financial services marketing experience
" Programme Management and co-ordination of multiple projects
" Experience in developing and delivering online propositions; online banking a distinct advantage
" Team management with line manager responsibility for staff
" 5+ experience in dealing with external suppliers and managing large budgets
" A relevant degree or other third level qualification
