We are looking for a Finance Recruiter to work in our Dublin Riverside offices at Sir John Rogerson's Quay - we are in the heart of both the Silicon Docks and the IFSC.
The role will involve using your intelligence in identifying the relevant candidate skill sets, qualifying a candidate's level of experience and promoting our clients' opportunities. You will be involved in interviewing candidates, managing key accounts, advertising, sourcing, background checking, contract and database management and much more.

The Role:
* Locating candidates by matching individuals against a pre-qualified specification.
* Conducting searches in social media, through the database and advertising.
* Develop a solid understanding of Finance & Banking terminology and functions.
* Developing new client relationships for Harvey Nash Finance & Banking.
* And most of all finding solutions and placing top talent.
The Person:
We're looking for Accounting or Finance experience and someone who is seeking a career that involves challenge, variety, client interaction and high reward for meeting targets.
You will be fully supported in our recruitment process and mentored by the Head of Practice of Finance & Banking to become a successful Recruiter. This is a genuine opportunity to gain real high-touch experience dealing with top corporate clients.
